Staff Support Fees

Regular Business Hours, Monday - Friday 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
Hosting an event can be a major undertaking. Because of this, we encourage you to take advantage of the event planning expertise held by members of the events team. They can assist with all stages of event planning and during regular business hours are available to help with anything that you may need during the course of your event.

Outside Normal Business Hours
Events outside normal business hours may require operations and/or custodial staff on site. This will be based on the size and complexity of your event. Charges related to the additional staffing will be charged to the requestor at the rate of $45 per-person, per hour with a 4-hour minimum. A valid 33 digit code must be provided at the time of the request. Non HGSE groups can pay with a 33 digit code (if applicable) or a check.

Security Fees

Events taking place before or after normal building hours require a security presence. Security is $45 per hour with a 4-hour minimum and will be billed automatically. In order to avoid security charges, please schedule your event to end at least 30 minutes before the building’s closing time to allow your guests enough time to exit. For building hours please see the Events Reservation System. Security requests must be submitted with the Event Operations team by 12:00 p.m. the Wednesday prior to your event.
