Project Process

All space planning, design, construction, and moves at HGSE are managed by the Operations Department.


  • Proposed/requested projects are prioritized based upon alignment with the campus master plan, budget constraints, and overall need.  
  • Submit this form if you have an improvement or project that you would like completed.
  • A project manager will work with you to develop a scope, schedule, and budget for your proposed project.
  • From there the project manager will work with you on the next steps in seeking approval for your proposed project.
  • If a project is not approved in the current fiscal year, it will be reviewed and considered for the next fiscal year.
  • All project requests must be submitted by a department head or faculty member (Faculty Assistant can submit on behalf of faculty members).
