Building Hours

Academic Year 2025 - 2026

HUID/Valid ID is required for building entry

Gutman Library

Community Building Access
  • Monday - Thursday: 7 a.m. – 11 p.m.
  • Friday: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
  • Saturday: 9 a.m.  – 7 p.m.
  • Sunday: Noon – 9 p.m.

Holidays: Café and building closed except for events

Building hours are for the academic year only. 

Gutman Library building

Longfellow & Larsen Halls

Building Access
  • Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Saturday & Sunday: Building open only for Events

Holidays: Buildings closed except for events.

Faculty and staff can swipe into buildings using their HUID on holidays from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. 

Longfellow building

Read, Nichols, & Westengard

Building Access
  • Monday – Friday: Accessible only by Finance/OSP staff

 

Westengard

  • 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.
