Use of Space

  1. Due to high internal demand, finding space on HGSE campus can be a challenge. Because of this, event space (Askwith, Eliot Lyman & the GCC) is reserved for public-facing events on a first-come, first-serve basis.

  2. Internal staff or faculty-led meetings will be assigned to non-event space (conference rooms or appropriate classroom space) around campus for their meetings.

  3. OSA-sanctioned student groups have priority of the Read House conference room and may check availability and reserve this room via the Events Reservation System.
