##  Temperature Guidelines 

First, check to see if your school/unit has its own policy or suggested guidelines for temperature regulation. If not, you can use the suggestions below for energy conservation and comfort.

 ### Summer Months

June - September

- When you are in the office: **74-78 degrees**
- When out for the day: **80 degrees**
- When away for the weekend: **80 degrees**



 

 ### Winter Months

November - March

- When you are in the office: **68-72 degrees**
- When out for the day: **60-65 degrees**
- When away for the weekend: **60 degrees**



 

  

 

 

 

Also: save electricity by running your fan on LOW (during both the summer and winter!)

\*Remember: Even small adjustments of just 1 or 2 degrees in temp settings can result in large energy savings!\*
