1. Due to high internal demand, finding space on HGSE campus can be a challenge. Because of this, event space (Askwith, Eliot Lyman & the GCC) is reserved for **public-facing events** on a first-come, first-serve basis.
2. **Internal staff or faculty-led meetings** will be assigned to non-event space (conference rooms or appropriate classroom space) around campus for their meetings.
3. **OSA-sanctioned student groups** have priority of the Read House conference room and may check availability and reserve this room via the [Events Reservation System](https://reservations.gse.harvard.edu/).
