HGSE Construction provides oversight for the development and implementation of all construction projects on campus. These projects range from energy and infrastructure upgrades to full-scale capital improvements. Construction works with HGSE administration, end-users, external consultants, and contractors to ensure these projects align with the school’s academic [mission](https://www.gse.harvard.edu/about), budget, and schedule.
